Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of service
- Train and manage Food & Beverage Managers
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet Guest volume needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage, and a Bachelor's degree
- Having a strong culinary focus and restaurant management training is required
- 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $8 million
- Strong Leadership and inter-departmental collaboration skills
- Proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
- A positive Leader that works well under pressure and is adaptable to meet or exceed the task at hand
- Ability to understand and positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance
- Capable of effectively managing both front and back-of-house operations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required, or completion of this certificate within the first six months of employment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
