Job SummarySeeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Hospital Medicine teams at two locations. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative inpatient environment within a nationally recognized Massachusetts healthcare system.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inpatient rounding and admissions
Provide cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
QualificationsNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Minimum of 1 year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related inpatient specialty
Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
