This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support hospital medicine teams by providing comprehensive inpatient care including patient rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage. The position involves evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions in a collaborative healthcare environment within a leading Massachusetts healthcare system. The role requires strong clinical decision-making, effective communication with patients and care teams, and prior advanced practice experience in hospital medicine or related specialties.
Location: Burlington, MA & Beverly, MA
Both Burlington, MA and Beverly, MA are located just north of Boston and offer excellent schools, cultural activities, and easy access to New England s outdoor and urban attractions.
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Hospital Medicine teams at two locations. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative inpatient environment within a nationally recognized Massachusetts healthcare system.

Perform inpatient rounding and admissions
Provide cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Minimum of 1 year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related inpatient specialty
Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
Annual salary range: $140,192 $190,632
Compensation is based on experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and job responsibilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
