Required Skills:

• Valid state medical license in Texas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical settings

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital or urgent care settings
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Previous locum or temporary medical staffing experience
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice
• Prior experience in a locum or temporary healthcare role
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Other Requirements:

• Must have own medical office setup (for roles requiring private office space)
• Willingness to travel as needed (specific to some assignments)
• Compliance with all relevant licensure and certification standards
• Ability to perform basic physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing; no treatment or prescribing involved
