Work nights in a flexible float role across multiple Birth Centers—gain varied clinical experience and system-wide exposure. RN Float Pool — Night shift, inpatient Birth Center coverage across UCHealth Colorado facilities. Full-time/part-time options; overnight schedule; ongoing/permanent role; onsite across network hospitals. Requirements: - Active RN license (state of practice) and current BLS; NRP preferred - Recent maternity/OB experience (1+ year) or float pool OB experience - Ability to work variable sites and shifts across facilities - Strong assessment, triage, and neonatal care skills
