Arkansas Group looking for Permanent Nephrologist

• BE/BC in Nephrology
• 3-year employment contract
• Salary: year one $270,000, years two and three $280,000, Tiered Quarterly Production Incentives
• Benefits: malpractice insurance, health insurance, group life and disability insurance; allowance of $3000 annually to be applied to educational meetings, journals, textbooks, dues to professional organizations, computer software and hardware, medical meetings.
• Mileage: will reimburse $.45/mile for business mileage.
• Profit sharing plan: current terms and vesting schedule
• Misc: Cell phone expenses up to $100 per month. Beeper and other business-related expenses covered by the group
• Vacation: 20 working days per year
• Work week is 4.5 days
• 8 Physicians between all locations
• Sick leave: 12 days per year
• Covenant not to compete within 25 miles of any facility
• Moving expenses: Obtain two bids and will pay/reimburse the lowest-Maximum of $5,000.
• Call: Four physician weekly rotation.

• Immigration Related Expenses: J-1 visa waiver candidates will be considered. Group pays up to $7500 for J1 application fee and attorney fees
• Other: Commencement Bonus $10,000 and Relocation expenses $5,000
