Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay Range: $17.34+ $1.00 Shift Premium
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 3:30 AM)
What's the Job?
- Ensure the organic materials flow smoothly through the shakers by poking and breaking up the material to prevent bridging.
- Inform heavy equipment operators to fill shakers and assist with equipment troubleshooting when necessary.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with small bag line operations and restacking pallets as needed.
- Monitor and maintain quality and quantity standards, reporting any equipment issues to maintenance personnel.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Entry-level experience preferred, with basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills.
- Ability to follow safety practices to ensure personal and team safety.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for most of the day.
- Comfortable working in dusty environments and various weather conditions including hot, cold, or rainy weather.
