• Seeking board certified or eligible Gastroenterologists
• 2 year guarantee
• wRVU bonus paid quarterly
• Sign On/Commencement bonus
• 4 Endoscopy rooms in the ASC, 3 in the hospital
• 1:5 call now, will be 1:6 with new hire
• APP support
• 40-45 patients a week in clinic
• Flexibility in schedule for clinic and procedures
• Booking through 2 months in advance
• Advanced trained providers will have the program built around them.1 other doing ERCP currently, none doing EUS - Equipment is budgeted
