We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join a stable, independent agency in the Tampa Bay area. Our current commercial focus includes habitational and lessor’s risk, but we welcome producers with interest in other industries and classes of business.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and write new commercial lines accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, COAs/HOAs, and small-to-mid-sized businesses.
• Partner with carriers to design competitive risk management solutions.
• Ensure compliance while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida 2-20 license (required).
• Prior independent agency experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commercial lines sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
