Setting: Hospital Types of cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neurology, Plastics, Thoracic, Ear/Nose/Throat, Pain, Gastrointestinal. Credentialing time: 90 days. Temp privileges available with clean background. Requirements: Board certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, active Florida medical license.
