• Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery
• Transition Nurse/Baby Catching

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• NST, Cervical exam
• Managing labor, Titrating meds, McRoberts

• Number of Beds – Labor beds -11, 4-ObEval, 2 OB PACU, 2 OR’s
• Number of Staff – 79
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 Charge, 10 Staff, 2 OB Tech
o Night Shift - 1 Charge, 10 Staff, 2 OB Tech
• Patient Ratios – 1 RN/2 patient, I RN/1 Pat
• Type of equipment – GE fetal monitoring
• EMR – CPN, Meditech

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Yes, as they are filling in our needs. Typically we don’t ask for a scheduled on-call.
