Join Our Family Medicine Team in Brattleboro, VT!
Brattleboro Family Medicine is excited to invite applications for a full-time Staff MD Family Practice to join our outpatient clinic team in the scenic town of Brattleboro, Vermont. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment, with an anticipated start date in Fall 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients.
- Manage an average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting.
- Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call phone rotation (1:11) to support patient care after hours.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment.
- Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice.
- Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice s long-term stability.
- Must be able to start by Fall 2025.
- Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour.
- Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Active Vermont License (must be obtained prior to start).
- DEA and BLS certifications required.
- Must be available to start by Fall 2025.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or committed to obtaining before start).
- BLS Certification.
- DEA Certification.
