This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 8a-5p clinic or operating room
Job Setting: Hospital and Clinic
Types of Cases: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in the operating room
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Must have active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Must have an active Illinois license
