Primary care responsible for a patient panel, engages with all staff in an interdisciplinary manner as we have patient navigators, behavioral health, dental staff all of whom engage with patient care SCHEDULE M-F whereby 1.0FTE is 40 hours where 75% of that time is booked patient care
NO Weekends. Call is minimal phone only, hospitals use hospitalists CENSUS
Average of 2 patient visits per bookable hour COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
