The Neonatology Physician provides specialized care for premature and sick infants in a community hospital's neonatal unit. They work as an attending neonatologist with 24-hour in-house coverage and rotate through eight to ten monthly shifts. This role is in partnership with a medical center's level II neonatal unit to deliver high-quality neonatal services.
