• Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology
• Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23)
• Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
• Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
• Nurse-on-line triage 24/7
• EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
• Admit to Hospital, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
• Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Participates in a community-wide OB Group & call (if opting to provide OB services)
