This position is for a full-time or part-time Family Practice Physician in South Bend, Indiana, offering a flexible schedule and a four-day work week option with no evenings or weekends. The role involves seeing approximately 18 to 20 patients daily in a 100% outpatient setting with comprehensive benefits, loan repayment programs, and competitive salary. Candidates must have an MD or DO, be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana, and preferably have experience or interest in working at community health centers or federally qualified health centers.

- Compensation: - Salary range: $236,000.00 to $241,000- Retention bonus- Guaranteed 2.5% minimum annual salary increase
