Position Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist for part-time locum coverage in Illinois. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic, surgical procedures, and night call coverage with a required 30-minute response time.

Key Responsibilities

• Outpatient and surgical care for pediatric ENT patients
• Night and telephone call coverage as scheduled
• Procedures include:
  • Tonsillectomy
  • Adenoidectomy
  • Myringotomy with tube insertion
  • Frenulectomy
  • Laryngoscopy
  • Myringoplasty
  • Abscess drainage
  • Foreign body removal
  • Cauterization of the septum

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active IL medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Illinois CSR required
• Minimum 1 year of post-training experience preferred
