California - Pediatrics

• The successful candidate will be a California-licensed, board-certified Pediatrician who has experience working with children of all ages and various medical conditions.
• Our clinic is a Rural Health Clinic (RHC). As such, we need a flexible, knowledgeable, and compassionate physician to provide for the care and well-being of children in our community.
• The successful candidate will accept patient referrals, provide primary medical care, consult with specialists, respond to pediatric emergencies, work with community leaders to educate the community on issues related to children s health and work collaboratively with the medical staff and other providers.
• Our community is composed of a large agricultural base and industrial distribution centers.
• We have a large Spanish-speaking population. We are looking for someone oriented to serving the underserved.

• $240,000 - $316,000 annual FTE - minimum productivity of 25 patients per day Reimbursement for Medical license fee, DEA license fee, hospital privileges, Patterson business license, professional membership, Stanislaus & CA Medical Society membership, CME expenses ($2,000/yr), retirement (3%), fixed rate for Health Insurance
