We re seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join two established outpatient clinics in the Phoenix area: Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley. If you re passionate about high-quality, patient-first care and want to practice in a low-volume, team-based environment this could be your next great role.

• $270,000 base salary (up to $250K for newer physicians)

• $50,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)

• Supportive clinical staff to handle administrative tasks

• Provide adult and geriatric primary care in a modern outpatient setting

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic experience is a plus)

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine

• Minimum 2 3 years of recent outpatient primary care experience (no hospitalists or urgent care providers)

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach

• Experience with EHRs and managed care populations (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
