Hematology and Oncology Locums in New Mexico - Block Scheduling Available
Full-time Hematology/Oncology assignment in New Mexico with block scheduling, outpatient clinic focus, and low-volume call.
Highlights
- Full-time blocks starting March 2026; ongoing coverage
- 20-24 shifts/month with block scheduling
- Credentialing takes ~90 days; site will wait for licensure
Practice Setting
- Outpatient-only with no inpatient admissions
- Adult patient population only
- Supported by several RNs and 1 MA
- Mosiaq EMR
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Weekend 24-hour pager call (avg. 2 consults, 1 callback)
- Weekday call shared with in-house MDs
Cases and Procedures
- General Hematology/Oncology
- Max 17 patients/day
- Weekly tumor board participation required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active or in-process New Mexico license
- BLS certification required
Travel Accommodations
- Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage covered
- Nearest airport: El Paso International (ELP)
