- Clinic Monday/Wednesday 8am-5pm, surgical center Tue/Thu/Fri 8am-5pm
- 30 patients per day in clinic
- 3-5 surgeries per day in surgical center
- 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient cases
- General plastic surgery, breast procedures, trauma coverage
- Expansion - additional support needed for volume
- Call every Monday and every 4th weekend
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
