We are looking for a board-certified Psychiatry physician to provide high-quality inpatient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Job Details : Location : Near Palmer, AK Start Date : January 6, 2025 Duration : Ongoing Schedule : Scheduled clinical hours plus call. Call response time required: 20 minutes. Setting : Inpatient consult liaison (no outpatient care required). Patient Load : To be determined. Specialty Areas : Anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and more. Familiarity with pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy required. Support Staff : Details to be provided. Requirements : Board Certification : Required. Licensure : Must hold a valid Alaska license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Certifications : BLS certification required. Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days. Experience : Preference for candidates with a fellowship or specialized training in Psychiatry.
