This role involves supporting the facility medical director by overseeing physician scheduling, representing anesthesia at facility meetings, and ensuring compliance with protocols and practice standards. Position Highlights:
- Full- time
- Oversee physician scheduling and staffing.
- Represent anesthesia at facility meetings and collaborate with administration and surgeons.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and practice standards.
- Participate in on-call duties, including backup pager coverage from home and rotation of weekend shifts.
- Handle a diverse range of cases, including neonates, general, Ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and MRI sedation.
- Board-certified anesthesiologist.
- Pediatric fellowship training required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
