This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Patients per day: 18-20
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Scope: Standard Primary Care- Must see all ages
State Licensure: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
