Physician - Family Medicine - HSHS Medical Group

Shiloh, Illinois HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Shiloh, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Position Requirements
-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
-Board Certified or Board Eligibility
-2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits Package
-2 year base guarantee
-20 days off + 6 holidays per year
-CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year

Pay range: $300,000-$399,406

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
