Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Fellow – Labor Delivery Unit . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
