Locum Tenens NP/PA (Critical Care Pediatrics) Location: Near Sanger, TexasStart Date: October 6, 2025Duration: 13 weeks, potential extension to 26 weeksSchedule: Night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per weekOpenings: 2 Positions Overview: We are currently hiring Advanced Practice Providers with a specialization in Critical Care Pediatrics for a locum tenens assignment in a high-acuity PICU setting near Sanger, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced pediatric care in a supportive, team-based environment. If you're a PA with strong procedural skills and a passion for pediatric critical care, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive critical care to pediatric patients in a PICU. Perform advanced procedures including: Arterial & central venous line placement Chest tube placement Endotracheal intubation Lumbar puncture PICC placement Participate in in-house night call rotation post-orientation. Manage 4 6 patients and handle new admissions during night shifts. Document care using Epic EMR. Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible (BC/BE) in Critical Care Pediatrics. Valid Physician Assistant license (PA) with current BLS, PALS, and NPR certifications. Demonstrated experience with pediatric critical care procedures. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays within a rotating team schedule.
