Position Overview

Compensation

• Salary Range: $350,000 to $400,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance Bonus: May include up to $15,000 annually based on meeting performance goals.
• Sign-On Bonus: Candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Surgical Department, including clinical services, education, and research initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of surgeons, residents, and other medical staff.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align surgical services with the VA s mission and goals.
• Participate in academic activities associated with the faculty appointment.
