Patient Care: Serve 3-4 patients per shift in a 12-bed department. Admissions: Handle admissions as part of your call responsibilities. Privileges: Hospital or surgery center privileges are not required, but temporary privileges may be available if necessary. Requirements: Board Certification: Board eligibility required in Obstetrics and Gynecology (certification preferred but not mandatory). Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required. Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for a Nevada state medical license. EMR System: Proficiency in the MEDHOST electronic medical records system is preferred. Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated credentialing time is approximately 30 days.
