A 190-bed hospital in Ardmore, OK is seeking an Orthopedics Physician to provide ED call coverage on a rotating weekly schedule. The physician must respond promptly to emergency calls within 15 minutes and be physically present within 30 minutes if required. The call schedule will adjust with the arrival of a second local physician but ongoing ED coverage remains necessary.
190 bed hospital in Ardmore, OK is looking for Ortho coverage.
What we are looking at needing is this.
ED Call every week of the month. First week would be to Second week would be to And the cycle would repeat each week.
All shifts starting at 7am
July 3-7 (ending 7a 7/8)
July 11-14 (ending 7am 7/15)
July 17-21 (ending 7am 7/22)
July 24-28 (ending 7am 7/29)
July 31-Aug. 4 (ending 7am Aug.5)
Aug. 8-11 (ending 7am Aug. 12)
Aug. 14-18 (ending 7am Aug. 19)
Aug. 22-25 (ending 7am Aug. 26)
Aug. 28-Sept. 1 (ending 7am Sept. 2)
The ED call would be ongoing, but the days needed might change once our second local physician arrives this fall. But we would still definitely need ED Call help, just not as many days each month.
They do not have to stay in the facility the entire 24hrs of call. But they do have to answer all calls within 15 mins and be in the building (when needed) within 30 minutes.
