We are seeking a dedicated andcompassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a well-establishedpediatric team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position involves providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care to children from infancy throughadolescence in a collaborative outpatient clinical setting.
The ideal candidate will be anexperienced and autonomous PNP who is passionate about pediatric medicine andcommitted to improving the health and well-being of children in the community.
Compensation: Up to $175,000per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
- Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Arizona state laws
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
- National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNCB or ANCC)
- Active DEA license and prescriptive authority in Arizona
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
