Job Description:
Compensation : $220000 - $300000 Job ID : 41418
Job Function:
- After 90 days can move to a 4, 10hr day work schedule.
- Some locations have adolescents but no true pediatrics, should be comfortable with adolescents and adults.
- Receive 30 day orientation with 1 hr per patient building way up to a max of 28 patients over a 10 hr day.
- Call of one week per quarter telephone call only expect 2-3 calls per night when on call.
- Practice has large focus on quality care, receive a report every Monday to outline services you provided and quality initiatives (referrals, wellness, patient reviews).
Job Requirements:
- Residency training in family medicine.
- Board eligibility/board certification required.
- License in NJ required at start of employment.
