Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time in our Raleigh, NC location. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral interventions and support services to our clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). If you are dedicated to helping others and have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior plans and strategies to promote positive behavior and skill acquisition
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and other team members to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
Ability to work part-time, up to 30 hours per week
Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
