Locums Job in New York for Medical Oncologist

Weekly pay, complimentary housing & travel included for locum Medical Oncologist. Locum Medical Oncologist, NY; 4–5 days/week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), 1:4–1:5 call rotation covering overnight, mix inpatient/outpatient, assignment length variable (days to years). Pay $375–$500/hr, weekly deposit. - Completion of Medical Oncology fellowship (experience beyond fellowship required) - Active NY medical license (or eligible) - Board certification or eligible in Medical Oncology/Hematology - Ability to manage mixed hematology/oncology caseloads and overnight calls

• 4 - 5 days per week -- Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Call rotation 1:4 - 1:5, covering overnight calls with 1 - 2 calls nightly
• Average 15 patients daily -- ramp up period offered
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
• 50/50 mix of hematology and medical oncology
• 3 - 5 new consults daily with follow-ups during call weeks
• Focus on benign hematology cases for new providers
• Experience required beyond fellowship completion

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
