Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage.
- Admitted to practice in California; additional bar admissions are a plus.

Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and position letters.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage.
- Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Attend arbitrations, hearings, and mediations as needed.
- Proactively manage matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.
