What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adult patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, wellness promotion, and patient education.
What We're Looking For- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License
- Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
