The Leadership Opportunity: Setting: Collaborative leadership role in a 10-bed, pediatric-exclusive ED with a low 50s daily census. Coverage: Supported by 24/7 Physician coverage (two 12-hour shifts) and 12 hours of APC coverage. Facility: Supported by a dedicated PICU (6 beds) and pediatric hospitalists/intensivists 24/7. Location: Chic, highly desirable neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Compensation & Benefits: W2 Status: Competitive clinical pay (flat hourly rate + year-end incentive). Leadership Pay: Monthly Director Stipend plus night shift differentials and a generous Sign-On Bonus.
