Position Highlights:
- Established practice with 1 Neurosurgeon and 2 experienced APPs
- Schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and 1 flexible day
- Primarily elective practice (85% spine, 15% cranial)
- 7 days of call per month with additional paid call options; APPs take first call
- 8-12 patients per day in clinic, 5-6 elective cases weekly
- Guaranteed $880K base salary for 2 years, then RVU productivity model
- Earnings potential exceeding $900K annually
- Dedicated MA, front office staff, surgical scheduler, and referral coordinator
- 350-bed Level 3 trauma center (functions as Level 2)
- Integrated Epic EMR across the health system
