Position Highlights Profession: Physician Specialty: Gastroenterology Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Provider Title: Gastroenterologist Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: On Call (Daily) Shift Details Shift(s) Description: 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM 7 shifts per month minimum starting ASAP Weekend Requirements: N/A On Call Requirements: 24-hour call coverage at 2 sites Responsibilities Setting: Outpatient, Call, Inpatient Duties: EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) EVS (Endoscopic Variceal Sclerotherapy) Trauma Level: III EMR System: EPIC Support Staff: Medical Assistant (MA) Registered Nurse (RN) Echo Tech Lab Tech Nuclear Tech X-ray Tech Reason for Coverage: Provider resigning EMR Training EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training EMR Virtual Training & Onsite Training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual and Onsite EMR training will be scheduled the morning of the provider's first day.
