Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Required Cases: Gastrointestinal only
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Independent
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
License required or willing to license: Active Arizona license required
