Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekends: Every other
Holidays: Rotating
Position Summary:
The Travel RN – Critical Care Float Pool will provide expert care across multiple ICU settings in a Level I trauma center. This role requires flexibility to float between units and comfort in managing critically ill patients across diverse environments. RNs with Level I trauma center experience are highly successful in this position. Epic experience is required.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Provide competent and safe care for ICU patients in the following units:
Neuro/Trauma SICU
MICU
CPS/VICU
CCU
Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)
ICU/PCC patients in ED and PACU awaiting bed placement
Float between ICU units as staffing needs dictate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Work rotating weekends and holidays as required
