This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm day shift schedule. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care, including general check-ups, physicals, chronic condition management, and women's health visits.

Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct general check-ups and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat chronic conditions
- Provide care for common illnesses such as colds, coughs, and flu
- Deliver women's health services
- Accurately document and report patient care to the Medical Director
Additional Information- Must have a current Connecticut nurse practitioner license
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Family Practice experience preferred, with more experience strongly valued
