We are hiring 10 Part-time or Full-time CRNAs to join a growing, well-established anaesthesia practice at multiple clinical sites in Findlay and Bluffton. Whether you re seeking flexibility, a variety of cases, or a strong work-life balance this is the opportunity for you!

Position Highlights:

• Self-scheduling: 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Choose part-time or full-time employment
• W2/Hospital-employed or 1099 independent contractor
• Locations: Hospital, Surgery Centre, or a combination
• Diverse case mix: ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB (low-risk), urology, and minimal healthy peds
• Equitable call schedule, care team model
• Team: 7 full-time MDs, 18 CRNAs
• New grads welcome physician mentoring available!

Compensation & Benefits1099 Contractor hours):

• $5/hr for Regional Blocks
• $5/hr for Paediatrics
• Annual Comp: $325K $345K

Full-time W2/Hospital-Employed:

• Base Salary: $238K $260K (DOE)
• OB, Peds, & Regional Block Stipends ($5K each)
• Signing Bonus: $20K
• Loan Repayment: $100K over 5 years
• 8 Weeks PTO (320 hours)
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Malpractice
• $4K CME/Professional Allowance
• 403(b) with match (up to 6.5%)
• Overtime: $200/hr Call Pay up to $1,200/day

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Ohio License (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (prior to start)
