The Role:
Location: Macon, GA
Assignment duration: Ongoing
GA licensed preferred.
Shift Type: 10s.Regular Hours: Required.
In House Call: Preferred.
Weeknight - On Call (Pager): MANDATORY- 13 HR - IN HOUSE.
Weekend - On Call (Pager): MANDATORY- 24HR- IN HOUSE.OT: Not expected but offered.
Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics. Mandatory all Pediatrics.
Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes .
Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
Site Charting System: Epic.
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 36.
Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.
Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
Other notes about the site: We are looking for clinicians that can and will take call. Peds experience a bonus as we could use a clinician that is comfortable doing peds, so they can flex between the main hospital, ASC and Children's Hospital. MDs are sometimes doing their own cases.
Credentialing: 90 days.
Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
