A full-time board eligible/board certified Neonatologist is sought for a Level III NICU in Tyler, TX, offering advanced neonatal care and a flexible schedule promoting work-life balance. The role involves collaboration with OBGYNs and neonatal nurse practitioners within a physician-led, community-focused healthcare organization. - The new NICU and renovated nursery is a combined 2,900 square feet and features nine state-of-the-art neonatal beds and the most up-to-date equipment for advanced care and monitoring.
- Level 3 NICU
- 24/7 care by neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation, high-frequency oscillation and nitric oxide
- Advanced diagnostic services such as echocardiograms, MRI and CT scans
- Individualized family-centered care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and support services like lactation consultants and counseling and spiritual care
