Location: Rye Brook, NY
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Days: Tues - Sat
Shift Differential pay available

In this role, you will:
Perform a vital part of the patient care process through embedding and preparing slides for routine H & E and special stain procedures
Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance
Recognize when troubleshooting is needed for processing, embedding, cutting, staining
Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
All you need is:
New York State License as applicable
1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing preferred
Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
Salary starting $40.00–$60.00/hour base pay. Shift differential pay rate for 2nd Shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm) in additional to base pay rate is $3.00/hr, for 3rd Shift (11:00pm to 7:00am) in additional to base pay rate is $5.00/hr and for Weekend Shift (7:00am to 3:00pm) in additional to base pay rate is $6.00/hr. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
