Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level 3 or 4 NICU position in Massachusetts requiring a MA RN license and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Level 3 or 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week (19:00-07:30)
• Patient population includes critically ill neonates
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as per unit needs
• Must live at least 200 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Scrub color and dress code will be provided upon assignment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team specializing in neonatal critical care

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (conditional license accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU experience required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system required
• Must provide two professional references, one from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Cannot have prior disciplinary actions on nursing license
• Must pass a pass/fail EKG test
