The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our collegial and well-established group in the Napa Solano service area, primarily serving Vallejo and Vacaville Medical Centers. You will join a group of 20 diagnostic and 4 interventional radiologists in a partnership-track position with a strong clinical IR presence and excellent multidisciplinary collaboration across surgical and medical specialties.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Broad practice of adult interventional radiology, including:
- Interventional oncology with hepatobiliary tumor board : Y-90, microwave and cryoablations
- Embolization procedures including prostate artery
- Peripheral arterial and venous interventions
- Spine interventions
- Dialysis access including peritoneal dialysis
- Varied inpatient and outpatient IR services
- Participation in equally shared weekday/ weekend interventional radiology call, average Q5
- Participation in general diagnostic radiology rotations. Approximately 70-90% IR, 10-30% general radiology (remote)
- Close collaboration with surgery, oncology, hospital medicine, and other specialties within a highly coordinated, multispecialty environment.
Requirements
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
