The Emergency Medicine Physician works rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends to provide urgent care to a diverse patient population consisting primarily of adults and geriatrics, with a small percentage of pediatric patients. The role involves managing emergencies and treating patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid. Shift scheduling may include travel assignments and coordination with on-staff physicians working staggered hours.
Rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, 8a-8p and 5p-5a, 7 days per week (will need day, night and weekend availability).
