The Warehouse Team Member on the 2nd shift is responsible for selecting, packing, and restocking individual unit items to ensure timely delivery to stores. The role involves operating motorized equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. As a Unit Selecting Team Member, you’ll be part of a crew that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in keeping inventory flowing accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day will be hands-on as you pick and put away items, scan totes, and help the team maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:- Select Unit Pick items accurately and efficiently to keep shipments on track.
- Restock Unit Pick items to the correct locations quickly and accurately.
- Use the Put Module to scan totes and keep inventory moving smoothly.
- Complete production and master cleaning schedules carefully to keep operations running efficiently.
- Handle all inventory with care to ensure items stay in top condition and avoid damage.
- Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
- Use motorized equipment like forklifts, generators, and pressure washers safely as needed to support operations.
