As a Unit Selecting Team Member, you’ll be part of a crew that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in keeping inventory flowing accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day will be hands-on as you pick and put away items, scan totes, and help the team maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Select Unit Pick items accurately and efficiently to keep shipments on track.
- Restock Unit Pick items to the correct locations quickly and accurately.
- Use the Put Module to scan totes and keep inventory moving smoothly.
- Complete production and master cleaning schedules carefully to keep operations running efficiently.
- Handle all inventory with care to ensure items stay in top condition and avoid damage.
- Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
- Use motorized equipment like forklifts, generators, and pressure washers safely as needed to support operations.
Qualifications:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- High School Diploma/GED preferred

- Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
